Conducted internal and external research for the Red Cross to engage younger audiences on social media.
Created two concepts based on research questions.
Produced a video with a makeup tutorial featuring current Red Cross volunteers to appeal to younger audiences.

Conducted internal and external analysis for Patronaat to engage younger audiences.
Formulated research questions, gathered market data, and proposed three concepts.
Developed the PatronApp prototype on Adobe XD, tested it, and conducted target group analysis.
