Project 1: Brand Positioning Report

  • Explored a new strategy for Burning Man to enhance its identity and communication with the target audience.

  • Conducted research on internal and external brand analysis, competition, and marketing communication.

  • Utilized a survey questionnaire with 120 respondents to understand the target audience.

  • Established marketing communication objectives, a new positioning strategy, and media mix.

Project 2: Poster Design

  • Created a modern design poster to complement the new brand positioning.

  • Aimed at announcing and promoting the event, showcasing potential partnerships.


Phase 1: Research

  • Conducted internal and external research on the cinema, including SWOT and trend analysis, Brand identity prism.

  • Identified the LGBTQIA+ community as the target group.

  • Performed extensive research on the target audience, including interviews and journey analysis.

Phase 2: Creation

  • Developed a creation portfolio defining objectives and design frames.

  • Created a persona and customer journey map tailored to the needs of the LGBTQIA+ community.

  • Curated three concept boards, with one selected for creation.

  • Documented ideation techniques in a visual process report, including mind maps, SCAMPER, and more.

Phase 3: Production

  • Designed the HallenCity+ app prototype to address De FilmHallen’s challenges.

  • Conducted prototype testing with the target audience, followed by improvements.


Jacob Drescher

Phase 1: Research

  • Researched top music genres, their history, main representatives, and trends.

  • Defined success criteria for boosting a musician's career.

  • Examined successful musicians to derive insights.

  • Formulated a central research question with sub-questions and conducted expert interviews.

Phase 2: Value Creation Report

  • Conducted a value creation report for Jacob Drescher.

  • Explored Jacob’s genre, segmentation criteria, target audience analysis, and personas.

  • Formulated goals, value creation concepts, merchandise concepts, and a media plan.


Project: Social Media Outreach Video

  • Conducted internal and external research for the Red Cross to engage younger audiences on social media.

  • Created two concepts based on research questions.

  • Produced a video with a makeup tutorial featuring current Red Cross volunteers to appeal to younger audiences.


Phase 1: External and Internal Analysis

Conducted external and internal analysis of Beex.

Phase 2: Export Plan

  • Developed an export plan for Beex to enter Belgium.

  • Addressed cultural aspects, earning model, value creation, CSR, operational plan, legal implications, marketing plan, and financial aspects.

Phase 3: Financial Plan Creation

Created an investment and financing budget for Beex's export country on Excel.


Project: PatronApp

  • Conducted internal and external analysis for Patronaat to engage younger audiences.

  • Formulated research questions, gathered market data, and proposed three concepts.

  • Developed the PatronApp prototype on Adobe XD, tested it, and conducted target group analysis.

  • Created a production book for PatronApp, including features, risk analysis, ethical considerations, and marketing plan.

  • Produced promotional videos for PatronApp.


  • Currently working on a digital marketing plan for Pro Detailing.

  • Conducted a digital health check, developed personas, outlined the customer journey, designed an enhanced website prototype, and performed competitor analysis.

  • Addressing external and internal analysis, SMART goals and objectives, content strategy, and branding and OVP.
